Punctuality: Arriving on time for all assignments, meetings, and castings is essential. Being punctual reflects your respect for the client’s time and our agency’s reputation.
Positive Attitude: We value models who bring a positive and cooperative attitude to all assignments. Being approachable, adaptable, and receptive to feedback ensures that you create a pleasant working environment for everyone involved.
Reliability: We trust you to fulfill all commitments made on behalf of the agency. This means adhering to schedules, meeting deadlines, and following through on any promises or agreements made with clients or the agency.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with both the agency and clients. Notify us immediately of any changes to your availability, health concerns, or other issues that might impact your ability to perform your duties.
Confidentiality: You may have access to sensitive information while working with clients. We expect you to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring that client privacy is respected at all times.
